M\u00e1s de treinta a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, esa convicci\u00f3n sigue siendo la base de todo lo que hacemos.<\/p><p>Su pr\u00e1ctica se centra en el derecho mercantil y societario, el derecho concursal y bancario, y el asesoramiento a empresas en todas las fases de su vida jur\u00eddica. Durante cinco a\u00f1os ejerci\u00f3 como asesor legal del Colegio de APIs de Castell\u00f3n, experiencia que le proporcion\u00f3 un conocimiento profundo y pr\u00e1ctico del derecho inmobiliario que hoy aplica en cada operaci\u00f3n que pasa por el despacho.<\/p><p>En el \u00e1mbito internacional, \u00d3scar ha colaborado con despachos brit\u00e1nicos y ha formado parte de firmas del Reino Unido con presencia en Espa\u00f1a, asesorando a particulares y empresarios angloparlantes en materias civiles, mercantiles e inmobiliarias.
