5. Links
a) Links to other websites:
BRAVO ABOGADOS does not control the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites and assumes no liability for them.
The user acknowledges and accepts that BRAVO ABOGADOS shall not be liable for the availability of such external websites or resources, and does not endorse any advertising, products, or other materials offered through such websites or resources.
The user acknowledges and accepts that BRAVO ABOGADOS shall not be liable for any losses or damages the user may incur as a result of the availability of such external websites or resources, or as a result of the credibility given to the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any advertising, products, or other materials offered through such websites or resources.
Any user wishing to establish links to the BRAVO ABOGADOS portal from their own websites shall be required to comply with the following conditions:
- The link shall only connect to the homepage, and may not reproduce it in any form.
- In accordance with applicable regulations, no frames of any kind may be established that surround the portal or allow it to be viewed through different internet addresses or together with content unrelated to it, in a manner that produces, or may produce, error or confusion among users as to the origin of the service or its content, that implies an act of unfair comparison or imitation, that serves to take advantage of BRAVO ABOGADOS's reputation, trademark, and prestige, or that is carried out in any other manner prohibited by law.
- The website establishing the link may not make any false or inaccurate statement about BRAVO ABOGADOS, the quality of its services, or its partners, employees, or clients.
- The linking party may not use BRAVO ABOGADOS's trademark or any other distinctive sign within their website, except in cases authorised by law or expressly permitted by BRAVO ABOGADOS.
- The website establishing the link must comply with applicable law and may not contain or link to unlawful or harmful content, or content contrary to morality and accepted standards of conduct, that produces or may produce the false impression that BRAVO ABOGADOS endorses or supports the ideas, statements, or actions of the linking party, or that is inappropriate in relation to BRAVO ABOGADOS's activity, taking into account the content and general subject matter of the website establishing the link.
Finally, users who embed content from other users on their own websites shall not be subject to the provisions of this section, since, strictly speaking, calls made from their own websites to such content are not links to it, nor to the BRAVO ABOGADOS portal. Their own websites "call" the code of content published by BRAVO ABOGADOS, and such content is reproduced on their own websites.
b) Links to the provider's channel on other platforms and social networks:
BRAVO ABOGADOS provides users, through various tools and applications, with links enabling access to the channels and pages that BRAVO ABOGADOS maintains on various platforms and social networks owned and/or managed by third parties (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). The inclusion of these links on the Website is solely intended to facilitate user access to such channels on the various platforms and social networks.
The provision of these applications does not imply the existence of any relationship between BRAVO ABOGADOS and the owner, manufacturer, or distributor of the linked platform, nor does it imply BRAVO ABOGADOS's acceptance or approval of their content and/or services, the owner, manufacturer, or distributor being solely responsible for them.
Under no circumstances does BRAVO ABOGADOS share with Facebook, Twitter, or any other social network incorporated in the future any private information about its users, its sole purpose being that set out in these General Terms of Use and in the Website's Privacy Policy. In this regard, any information the user themself chooses to provide to such platforms shall be at their own responsibility, with BRAVO ABOGADOS not intervening in that process.
The activation and use of these applications may involve user identification and authentication (login/password) on the corresponding platforms, which are entirely external to the Website and outside BRAVO ABOGADOS's control. By accessing such external networks, the user enters an environment not controlled by BRAVO ABOGADOS, and BRAVO ABOGADOS shall therefore assume no responsibility for the security configuration of such environments.
Since BRAVO ABOGADOS has no control over the content hosted on such channels, the user acknowledges and accepts that BRAVO ABOGADOS assumes no responsibility for the content or services the user may access on such pages, or for any content, products, services, advertising, or any other material available on them. Users must therefore exercise particular caution when assessing and using the information, content, and services on linked channels, and regarding any personal information or third-party information they may wish to share on such channels.
c) Links from other websites to www.bravoabogados.com:
BRAVO ABOGADOS does not authorise the establishment of a link to the Website from pages containing unlawful, illegal, degrading, obscene material, information, or content or, in general, content that contravenes the law, morality, public order, or generally accepted social norms.
In any event, users may establish links on their own websites directing to the Website, provided they comply with the following conditions:
- The link may not reproduce the Website's content, or parts thereof, in any form;
- It is not permitted to create a browser environment or border environment around sections of the Website, nor may the Website be modified in any other way;
- It is not permitted to make false, inaccurate, or incorrect statements or representations about the Website and/or, in particular, to state or imply that BRAVO ABOGADOS has authorised the link, or has in any way supervised or assumed the content or services offered or made available on the website establishing the link;
- The website establishing the link to the Website shall not contain unlawful information or content, content contrary to generally accepted morality and standards of conduct and public order, nor content contrary to any third-party rights, including intellectual and industrial property rights and/or the right to honour, personal or family privacy, or one's own image, or any other right, nor content contrary to personal data protection regulations.
BRAVO ABOGADOS has neither the authority nor the human or technical means to know, control, or approve all information, content, products, or services provided by other websites that establish links to the Website. BRAVO ABOGADOS assumes no responsibility for any aspect relating to the website establishing such a link to the Website, in particular, by way of example and not limitation, its operation, access, data, information, files, quality and reliability of its products and services, its own links, and/or any of its content in general.
6. Liabilities and Warranties
BRAVO ABOGADOS does not warrant or accept responsibility for:
- The continuity of the Website's content.
- The absence of errors in such content.

- The invulnerability of the Website and/or the impossibility of breaching the security measures adopted on it.
- The lack of usefulness or performance of the Website's content.
- Damages or losses caused to oneself or to third parties by any person who breaches the conditions, rules, and instructions set out on the Website, or through the breach of the Website's security systems.

In accordance with applicable Data Protection regulations, all personal data provided during use of the Website shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, which every user must expressly accept in order to use the Website.
9. General Terms of Use of Social Media Profiles
